1. Overview

EduSpark ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Qrcall Pty Ltd. We operate the website eduspark.com.au and provide online practice exams for selective entry exam preparation. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each account is for a single student. Account sharing is not permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Purchases

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely via Stripe. There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals. Access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. All sales are final.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our exam content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform
• Open exams without genuine intent to complete them

To ensure fair access and protect our content, we enforce daily and hourly limits on the number of exams that can be started. These limits may vary and are applied at our discretion. Accounts that show patterns of misuse may have their limits reduced or access suspended.

5. Intellectual Property

All exam content, questions, explanations, and materials on EduSpark are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

6. Device Policy

Each account is licensed for personal use on a limited number of devices. Once your device allowance is reached, additional devices will be blocked until you contact support. Concurrent use on multiple devices is not permitted. We may adjust device limits on a per-account basis to prevent account sharing.

7. Limitation of Liability

EduSpark provides practice exam materials for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific exam results or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
